The Journey of a Poet
Every poem begins with a moment—a breath, a feeling, a truth that demands to be written. This is the story of how I found my voice in verse.

I didn't set out to be a poet. Like many of you, I simply lived— experiencing the full spectrum of human emotion, from the depths of struggle to the heights of spiritual awakening. Poetry found me in those quiet moments when words were the only companions I had.
My journey began during one of life's most challenging chapters. When words failed in conversation, they flowed freely onto paper. What started as private thoughts became verses, and those verses became a lifeline—not just for me, but for others who recognized their own struggles in my words.
I write about what I know: the texture of heartbreak, the weight of doubt, the surprise of grace, and the steady presence of love even in our darkest hours. My poetry is unfiltered because life is unfiltered. It's raw because healing requires honesty.
The sacred and the ordinary, woven together in verse
Every joy, every loss, every moment of growth becomes a poem. Life itself is my greatest teacher and source of inspiration.
The bonds we share, the love we give and receive, and the ways we connect across our shared humanity inspire my deepest verses.
My relationship with God and the divine spark within all of us weaves through every poem, bringing hope and transcendence.

My unfiltered thoughts won't stay quiet

Raised in rhythm

When life burns, turning it into rhythm
Morning Affirmations: Each day begins with quiet reflection and gratitude. These morning moments often birth the most honest verses, when the soul is open and the mind is clear.
Authentic Expression: I believe in writing from truth, not from what sounds pretty. Every poem must pass the test of authenticity—does it speak to real experience? Does it offer genuine connection?
Healing Through Words: Poetry is medicine. Each piece I write carries the intention to heal—myself and my readers. I write what I need to hear, trusting that others need to hear it too.
If my words resonate with you, if you've felt the weight of struggle or the lightness of hope, I'd love to connect. Your story matters, and you are never alone in your journey.
